Use the Account Closure form on onbeat.fit (a short feedback form). After closing, the app keeps working until the end of your current billing cycle, and you get an email confirming the closure. To come back later, subscribe again at app.onbeat.fit. If you are only in your free trial and have not entered payment information, you do not need to fill in the form.
